Over 60% of small businesses fail due to a lack of planning and execution of a business plan.? - business planning inurl blogspot

Fail over 60% of small businesses from a lack of planning and implementing a business plan. When businesses are so small, it is rare for a Human Resources Manager, for lack of training and supervision. Who would be responsible and how it could implement a training routine to be useful and profitable?

If you only really asking about training, then to the size of the company. If there is only 1 to 10 persons, it was usually the duty of the owner to train new employees as he or she is the person most in the, what everybody knows what they are interested. If you come within 10 to over 30 people or less, which would probably show or production manager who is responsible for training.

Most companies do not fail due to lack of training, but. As you said, it is rather in a lack of planning. I ran my own small business for several years and made sure they hire only people who do not need no education!

It is his concern that businesses fail because the appropriate training?

Try to plan your own business. DTI has many modules and manuals can be downloaded from the net. Website: www.dti.gov.ph. There are also guidelines can be found n the network. As a small business owner, is all the work for you, but do not be afraid to seek answers from other entrepreneurs. Training itself for answers from others, and also the information of the books, it is profitable. Government agencies have free seminars from time to time, you can participate. Ask the organizations concerned.
