Best way for smooth finish on painted interior trim? - best paper to use for waxing
I am prepared for the installation and painting new pre-finished MDF in a home. Once the nail holes and joints are full, overall I'm a little sanding with fine paper to a smooth surface. I use an airless sprayer with a tip which provides about 6 "of coverage, spraying a white semi-gloss interior latex. The final product is soft, but it clearly points the dust and splash some cutting. Remembering auto painting technique, easily taken me a taste painted pieces cut with a cushion of extra-fine grinding and then a wax / polish normally used for gel coat and glass fibers. The result is an incredibly smooth surface, but very fine scratches are visible when the light hits perfectly. Has anyone used one technique, similar to the "color sanding" with inteLatex before and if so, what should be used instead of gel coat polish as a final polishing? Perhaps a connection between the grinding and polishing of wax? Any information is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Use a primer before painting or first-MDF ready?
Most pre-Premier MDF or other product that comes already prepared not only rare, but usually the cheapest crappiest / mortgage market. (I used pre-primed for a leading manufacturer of plant materials to work.) Manual of good quality makes a big difference in the final product. If you are not prepared with a good introduction, to receive and try it.
Some people think they can skip the first place if it two coats of paint, but painting and priming disinctly not two different things. (And you really should for a primer and two coats of paint in addition to this, because this is your first order.) Impressions have a higher percentage of binder (something like the "glue" that holds things together), and helps seal the surface and fill small voids. Simply empty the paint, it's not, or a bridge between them.
In addition, you are using latex paint interior wall? If so, look, latex paint instead of quitting. In general, a harder surface havesh and the best for a smooth process. Especially with the spray.
If you want to avoid the excesses and cut on other parts, you can always protect it with a spray. These plastic strips are relatively inexpensive, with a handle that is comfortable to hold. Or you can do what many experts ... Cut out a cardboard box and use it to coat.
One thing to remember, too. After scratching the sand between your hands, with a duster and the recording of all grinding grain. This will prevent the tips slightly in the final coat on.
If you do, do not polish or wax. Hers a primer and two coats of paint is all that is necessary for a beautiful and durable surface. Additional equipment is not much time, but it could lead to a bond if they contain no solvents and is water based (acrylic) finish.
