SIMILARITIES
Both have been domesticated
Both are mammals
Both have four legs, two eyes, two ears, mouth and a tail
Both have different types / breeds
Both have relatives in the wild wolf (Dingo, Tiger, Lion)
Both have different lengths of fur
Both can hunt wild animals
Both have a male and female (not hermaphroditic)
DIFFERENCES
They are two different types
Dogs are social creatures, cats are solitary
